Putin CALLS Emergency Meeting As Oil Refineries SHUTDOWN; Russian Economy PLUMMETS | EnforcerNews

This morning, Putin has called an emergency meeting as Russia’s largest oil refinery has shutdown after Ukraine slammed it with a major drone attack — right now chaos has erupted as citizens across Russia begin demanding answers. Meanwhile, Ukraine launched another massive attack striking wild targets such as the Belgorod International Airport and more than 9 Russian ships attempting to dock at Russian ports - and as that was happening, Moscow air defense was fighting for its life as the attack droned on.
