دونالد ترامپ در تازه‌ترین سخنرانی خود بار دیگر جمهوری اسلامی را حامی شماره یک تروریسم در جهان معرفی کرد و گفت ایران هرگز به سلاح اتمی دست پیدا نخواهد کرد. او مدعی شد حکومت ایران به‌دلیل فشار جنگ، تحریم‌ها و بحران اقتصادی خواهان توافق است، اما حتی نمی‌داند چگونه باید وارد مذاکره شود. ترامپ همچنین گزارش‌ها درباره کمک چین و روسیه به تهران را رد کرد و گفت اگر چنین کمکی وجود داشته باشد، بسیار محدود است.
هم‌زمان فشارهای بین‌المللی بر سپاه پاسداران افزایش یافته است. نخست‌وزیر بریتانیا سپاه را مسئول طرح حمله به پایگاه هوایی فرفورد دانست. سفیر جمهوری اسلامی در لندن احضار شد، دو تبعه ایرانی تحت تحریم قرار گرفتند و ۲۹ کشور در بیانیه‌ای مشترک، حملات، خرابکاری‌ها و عملیات برون‌مرزی منتسب به حکومت ایران را محکوم کردند.
وال‌استریت ژورنال نیز گزارش داده است که تهران برای منصرف کردن ترامپ از حمله‌ای تازه، کشورهای منطقه را به گسترش جنگ تهدید کرده است. براساس این گزارش، جمهوری اسلامی از احتمال حمله زمینی به کشورهای همسایه، هدف قرار دادن تاسیسات نفتی عربستان و حمله به کابل‌ها، دیتاسنترها و مراکز هوش مصنوعی سخن گفته و هم‌زمان در حال بازسازی توان موشکی و پهپادی خود است.
در داخل ایران، محمدامین آقامیری از آماده شدن سامانه‌هایی برای شناسایی و مختل کردن پایانه‌های استارلینک خبر داد. سخنگوی دولت نیز رسما تایید کرد که مقام‌ها به بهانه شرایط جنگی و مقابله با حملات سایبری، سرعت اینترنت مردم را عمدا کاهش می‌دهند. با این حال هنوز هیچ مدرک مستقلی درباره توانایی حکومت برای قطع کامل و سراسری استارلینک منتشر نشده است.
در جبهه یمن، نتانیاهو تلاش می‌کند موافقت عربستان را برای ورود اسرائیل به جنگ با حوثی‌ها به دست آورد، اما محمد بن‌سلمان نگران واکنش افکار عمومی است. این تحرکات در شرایطی صورت می‌گیرد که عربستان تحقیق درباره ناکامی پدافند هوایی خود در جلوگیری از حمله مرگبار به فرودگاه ریاض را آغاز کرده و فعالیت این فرودگاه همچنان متوقف است.
مستند تازه دویچه‌وله نیز روایت‌هایی از ماموران جداشده جمهوری اسلامی منتشر کرده است. آنها از شست‌وشوی مغزی نیروهای اطلاعاتی، کنترل زندگی خصوصی ماموران و شیوه‌های نفوذ لباس‌شخصی‌ها در میان معترضان سخن گفته‌اند. در همین حال، یک نماینده مجلس اعتراف کرده که حمله نظامی به‌تنهایی باعث سقوط نظام نمی‌شود و تغییر جدی زمانی رخ می‌دهد که مردم به خیابان بیایند.
یک سفیر سابق جمهوری اسلامی نیز نسبت به فرارسیدن یک یا دو ماه بسیار سخت هشدار داده است. هم‌زمان، دست‌کم ۱۲ نفتکش طی یک هفته در تنگه هرمز و اطراف آن هدف حمله قرار گرفته‌اند.

خلاصه:
سپاه پاسداران اعلام کرده تنگه هرمز را تا پایان آنچه «مداخلات آمریکا» در منطقه می‌خواند، بسته نگه خواهد داشت و هیچ شناوری اجازه عبور از این آبراه را ندارد. همزمان سنتکام در واکنش به این ادعا تأکید کرده تنگه هرمز باز است، ایران کنترلی بر آن ندارد و نیروهای آمریکایی برای تضمین آزادی کشتیرانی در منطقه مستقر هستند. در پی حملات به کشتی‌های تجاری نیز چند شناور آسیب دیده‌اند و یک دریانورد هندی همچنان مفقود است.
تنش در منطقه با حملات سپاه به اهدافی در کشورهای عربی حاشیه خلیج فارس افزایش یافته است. رسانه وابسته به سپاه از هدف قرار گرفتن پایگاه‌ها و تأسیسات نظامی آمریکا در اردن، قطر، کویت، بحرین و عمان خبر داده است. عمان و قطر این حملات را محکوم کرده‌اند و وزارت خارجه عمان نیز سفیر جمهوری اسلامی را در اعتراض به حملات پهپادی به خاک این کشور احضار کرده است. همزمان مقام‌های جمهوری اسلامی از ادامه «انتقام» سخن می‌گویند و شماری از چهره‌های حکومتی آمریکا و اسرائیل را به حملات بیشتر تهدید کرده‌اند.
فرماندهی مرکزی ارتش آمریکا اعلام کرده نیروهای این کشور طی سه شب بیش از ۳۰۰ هدف در ایران را مورد حمله قرار داده‌اند. به گفته سنتکام، مواضع موشکی و پهپادی، توانمندی‌های دریایی، انبارهای مهمات، شبکه‌های ارتباطی و مراکز نظارت ساحلی در فهرست اهداف قرار داشته‌اند. تنها در تازه‌ترین دور حملات، حدود ۱۴۰ هدف نظامی با استفاده از جنگنده‌ها، پهپادها و شناورهای نیروی دریایی آمریکا هدف قرار گرفته‌اند. دونالد ترامپ نیز گفته جمهوری اسلامی تنها دو ساعت پس از پذیرش توافق، به یک کشتی حمله کرد و آمریکا در پاسخ ضربه بسیار سختی به جمهوری اسلامی وارد کرده است.
در همین حال، گزارش‌ها از افزایش فشار بر زیرساخت‌ها و اقتصاد ایران حکایت دارد. مدیرعامل توانیر اعلام کرده بیش از دو هزار نقطه از شبکه برق آسیب دیده، حدود چهار هزار و ۲۰۰ مگاوات از توان شبکه کاهش یافته و خسارت صنعت برق از ۶۰ هزار میلیارد تومان فراتر رفته است. محدودیت تأمین برق صنایع نیز به دو روز در هفته رسیده است. مدیرعامل سازمان تأمین اجتماعی هم از کسری شدید برای پرداخت حقوق تیرماه و ۸۲ هزار میلیارد تومان کسری برای پرداخت معوقات فروردین و اردیبهشت خبر داده و گفته دولت دست‌کم ۷۵۰ هزار میلیارد تومان به این سازمان بدهکار است.
همزمان خبر درگذشت ناگهانی لیندسی گراهام، سناتور جمهوری‌خواه و از چهره‌های نزدیک به دونالد ترامپ، با ابهام‌ها و واکنش‌های گسترده‌ای همراه شده است. دفتر گراهام علت مرگ او را یک «بیماری کوتاه و ناگهانی» اعلام کرده، اما انتشار تصاویر سخنرانی اخیر او و نبود نشانه آشکاری از بیماری، پرسش‌هایی را در شبکه‌های اجتماعی ایجاد کرده است. در همین شرایط، رسانه‌های داخلی جمهوری اسلامی با انتشار تصویری از فهرست مقام‌های آمریکایی، اسرائیلی و عرب و قرار دادن ضربدر قرمز روی تصویر گراهام، به گمانه‌زنی‌ها درباره مرگ او دامن زده‌اند. دونالد ترامپ، بنیامین نتانیاهو و شاهزاده رضا پهلوی نیز در پیام‌های جداگانه به مرگ گراهام واکنش نشان داده و از نقش و حمایت‌های او یاد کرده‌اند.

Today, the biggest news comes from Bulgaria.

Here, a major sabotage attack has destroyed most of the Starlink infrastructure at a secret facility near Sofia, after two masked individuals deliberately set fire to eleven of the seventeen antennas installed at the site. The attack immediately raised alarm because these antennas were connected to the Starlink satellite network and provided communications that are also used by Ukraine during the war, meaning an act of arson directly damaged infrastructure supporting Ukrainian connectivity far beyond its own borders. Bulgarian member of parliament Ivaylo Mirchev revealed the incident publicly and accused the authorities of remaining silent, while questioning how two attackers were able to reach a secured communications facility and destroy nearly two thirds of its antennas without being stopped. He also criticized Bulgaria’s security services for failing to prevent what he described as suspected Russian sabotage. Bulgaria’s security chief later explained that part of the station’s fencing had been removed during expansion work, making it easier for the attackers to reach the antennas.

Ukraine depends on Starlink because the system allows military units to maintain communications even when conventional networks are unavailable near the front. More than fifty thousand Starlink terminals have been delivered to Ukraine since the beginning of the full scale invasion, supporting the military alongside hospitals, emergency services, schools, energy facilities, local authorities, and businesses during blackouts and communications outages. On the battlefield, terminals connect directly with satellites overhead, allowing soldiers to transmit battlefield information, coordinate movements, relay reconnaissance from drones, and keep commanders connected with units across large distances. Starlink is also resistant to many forms of Russian electronic jamming, which made satellite connections especially valuable for controlling drones where ordinary radio links become unreliable. The antennas near Sofia support this system from the ground by exchanging data with Starlink satellites and routing that traffic into local internet networks, helping complete the connection between users in Ukraine and the wider communications network behind the constellation.

The significance of the attack grew further when, shortly afterward, Ukrainian forces reported serious disruptions to the military version of Starlink called Starshield. Ukrainian attack and air defense drones using the system suddenly began losing their connections once they exceeded roughly one hundred sixty kilometers per hour, disrupting missions without any advance warning to the units operating them. Ukrainian troops then recorded interruptions lasting between ten and twenty seconds during flight, making drones difficult to control and forcing several missions to be cancelled. At the same time, Ukraine went two consecutive nights without receiving the usual warning from its partners about Russian ballistic missile attacks on Kyiv. These warnings depend partly on the American Space Based Infrared System, whose satellites detect the intense heat produced when ballistic missiles launch, and Europe currently has no equivalent system capable of immediately replacing it. The connection to Washington became even more direct when Elon Musk stated that limits on Starshield speed or usage are decided by the United States military and ultimately by the president. As Trump pressures Ukraine over its long range operations, Ukrainian forces are now facing restrictions on drone communications, gaps in missile warning data, and the destruction of Starlink infrastructure supporting the network from Bulgaria all at once.

Overall, the attack in Bulgaria exposes Europe’s dependence on infrastructure it cannot readily replace, because the systems keeping Ukraine connected now extend across allied territory while no European network can match Starlink at the same scale. That dependence means protecting Ukraine’s communications increasingly requires protecting ground infrastructure inside Europe itself, from satellite terminals and relay sites to the power systems that keep them running. It also gives Washington enormous influence over Ukrainian operations, because restrictions on American controlled satellite links and missile warning data can immediately affect what Ukrainian forces are able to see, coordinate, and strike. Europe is therefore being pushed toward building its own resilient communications and early warning architecture, since every delay leaves another part of Ukraine’s military network dependent on systems that either Russia can attack or the United States can restrict.

Today, the biggest news is coming from the Russian Baltic border. 

As Russian and Nato armies prepare for war to break out on the eastern flank, Baltic intelligence services have just come forward with immensely concerning reports. Latvia’s defense intelligence and security service released a statement that they hold intelligence indicating that Russia is preparing to send small special forces units across the border with Nato. Lithuanian and Polish intelligence services both said that they have obtained similar threatening intelligence reports, adding that Russia is preparing for a false flag operation. They specifically state that Russia seeks to engineer a fake attack on itself, and frame this as a Nato attack against Russia. Through this, Russia seeks to undermine Nato’s Article five mutual defense agreement, which would notably not be in effect if a Nato country strikes first. The Kremlin is betting that this would create enough ambiguity to create a divide on how to respond to a Russian follow-up attack in response to the false flag operation. 

As you remember from the previous report, both Russia and Nato are already preparing for large combat operations, including setting up plans for mass-evacuation of civilians, and reserving over twenty thousand hospital beds for military casualties in border regions. The preparations go much further however, as in the east, the Russian federal security service or FSB has announced that until the twenty-sixth of September, they will conduct activities aimed at preventing migration violations and environmental conservation. As part of this wildlife protection effort run by Russia’s secret service, a full curfew has been instituted on the entire Russian border with Narva, banning any and all movement on foot and in vehicles on the border at night, or along the coast even by day; and banning hunting or any firearm carried by civilians. 

The developments do not stop there, as Belarus is conducting large-scale military readiness drills near the Sulwalki corridor along the borders of Poland and Lithuania. Notably, these drills include several mechanized and armored tank battalions. Concerningly, the exact forces necessary to launch a rapid advance across the border to link up with Russian forces stationed in Kaliningrad. The UK has stated that British quick-response forces could be deployed to the region under Nato defense plans within a short timeframe if Belarus and Russia attempted to close the Sulwalki gap, however these do not equate to forces already on the border and ready to defend. 

In the Russian exclave itself, increased activity of Russia’s Baltic fleet has been observed, with anti-submarine protective nets being deployed around the harbor pre-emptively. These efforts seem to be akin to defensive preparations to counter and delay Nato naval actions against Kaliningrad. As Russians understand very well that they could not hold Kaliningrad against a full Nato offensive, their only goal would be to buy time for the Sulwalki gap to be closed, and ground lines of communication to be established with mainland Russia through Belarus. 

Overall, Russia and its ally Belarus are readying their forces on the border with Nato for war. With Nato intelligence services warning for infiltrations and false flag operations, the Russian FSB instituting a curfew to protect aquatic wildlife is giving clear warning signals that should not be ignored. As Lithuanian citizens report Latvian military convoys moving to the Russian border, and it being unclear if these are tied to the recent exercises or the increased threat levels, Nato forces should be ready for anything that comes.
