We have to increase pressure or reduce expectations

So it looks like we’re back at war with Iran. Or maybe more specifically, we’re in a war over the Strait of Hormuz. In just the past few days the US has struck around 300 targets and Iran has fired as many as 500 drones and missiles at US and allied locations in the region. Pretty clear the sole focus right now is the Strait of Hormuz. These strikes didn’t pick back up because of the Iranian nuclear program, their ballistic missile program or their support for proxies. It is because Iran exerted control over the key waterway.

This morning, Putin has called an emergency meeting as Russia’s largest oil refinery has shutdown after Ukraine slammed it with a major drone attack — right now chaos has erupted as citizens across Russia begin demanding answers. Meanwhile, Ukraine launched another massive attack striking wild targets such as the Belgorod International Airport and more than 9 Russian ships attempting to dock at Russian ports - and as that was happening, Moscow air defense was fighting for its life as the attack droned on. We also can report that the Russian stock market is plummeting at a record pace and appears to be on track for collapse as the Russian bond market continues imploding under the strain of Putin’s failed war. And also, we have some news that Iran has begun firing missiles at several ships in the Hormuz strait yet again causing major damage, and now the U.S. says it’s preparing a strong response on Iranian territory.

President Trump says he may take Iran’s oil, targeting Kharg Island, while thousands of additional U.S. troops deploy; negotiations with Iran continue.

According Israel's Defense Force, today they identified the launch of missiles from Yemen towards Israel. Aerial Defense Systems intercepted the threat, and the Iran backed group claimed the strikes. The news also coming after 12 US troops were injured in Iranian strikes at an airbase in Saudi Arabia.

Israel said Thursday it killed Commodore Alireza Tangsiri, the head of Iranian Revolutionary Guard’s navy.

Israel’s Defense Minister Israel Katz said Tangsiri had been killed along with other senior naval commanders in a strike overnight.

Katz said Tangsiri was responsible for bombing operations that have blocked ships from crossing the Strait of Hormuz. He said the strike should serve as a “clear message” to top Iranian military officials that the Israeli military would hunt them down.
